While the Southeastern Equestrian Trails Conference (SETC) focuses on the issues surrounding the use of horses on trails in the southeastern United States, the Conference is open to anyone interested in natural resource conservation. People from outside the Southeast are encouraged to attend to share their perspectives with and to learn from those who value the opportunity for recreational use of horses on trails.
Participants and guest speakers include forestry and trail experts, and representatives from natural resource agencies, riding clubs and volunteer groups.
SETC 2007 is being hosted by the Back Country Horsemen of East Tennessee
and the Blue Ridge Trail Riders
